Meet Jan…

Okay, as I mentioned earlier, Jan wanted some special and unique photos to give to her husband as an anniversary gift. Her anniversary is still a few weeks away, but Jan assured me her hubby doesn’t read photography blogs, so it should be safe to post these pictures. It goes without saying, if you know Jan’s husband, be a dear and keep the secret 😉

I just couldn’t wait to post these anyway… I had such a great time on Saturday with Jan and her friend Stephanie! And Jan was such an awesome subject, not only is she gorgeous, but she’s so natural in front of the camera…which only makes my job easier! The difficult part was choosing which photos to post. I know its more than usual, but believe me, there were so many amazing images, It took me hours to edit them down to a reasonable number!!

A few from our “Trash The Dress” session:

  15. I am Jan’s personal trainer and I thinks she looks absolutely stunning! There is one great shot that clearly shows her sculpted arms (nice biceps Jan!). Very unique perspective and beautifully done – it helps to have such a lovely model.

Jan was such an awesome model to work with, I had so much fun, even though I was sweating my butt off!! (it was so humid that day)

I’m really happy with the results of the shoot, and I’m super happy that Jan is too 🙂

  26. Hey there!

This has to be one of the best series of photos I have EVER seen! These are amazing!! Is this all natural light? What lens are you using? I am seriously thinking of moving to Nikon as there is something about the look of Nikon shots that I prefer over Canon. Did you do any post on these? Sorry for all the questions but these are awesome!!
