A woman in California purchased a painting at a thrift store over 10 years ago, and it now may be worth millions. Apparently, the painting is suspected of being an original Jackson Pollock.

I Need to Stop, and Start Already

It just occurred to me that I spend way too much time thinking about how I want to be this great photographer, fantasizing about the lives of other photographers, obsessing over other photographers….and not nearly enough time just being a photographer.

I mean, I’m shooting now more than I ever have, and I’m busy with photo projects and all the stuff I do on the web…but is it going to get me where I want to be? I sure hope so.

Next week is my birthday and I have a list a mile long of all the photographers I want to be when I grow up. Well guess what sister…you’re already grown up, so stop bitching and do it already!
